The full-length sleeping surface measures 210 cm (L) x 86 cm (W) x 46 cm (H) to provide uninterrupted support for taller users and extended rest periods. The top center panel uses khaki 600D polyester while the sides and underside use dark green 600D polyester to resist abrasion and shed moisture in damp environments. The sleeping surface and back feature one layer of 280 g spray-bonded cotton to cushion pressure points and improve thermal insulation by reducing conductive heat loss. The frame uses heavy-duty 25 x 25 mm steel tubing to deliver stable structural support and to carry combined user and gear loads up to 200 kgs (441 lbs). The cot folds compactly for storage and transport and fits common vehicle and RV cargo spaces for glamping and field operations.
